Rent Ezy Now is a website platform specially designed for Landlords, Tenants and Caretakers.

The concept is to give easy way out to landlords so that they can upload a property for rent anywhere in India with all relevant photographs so that the tenants can get a fair idea about what they are going to hire. When you click on the property to know more you’ll also find all related property documents along with the look and feel of a particular house, apartment, villa or bungalow.
The landlord just need to register with all his details, he then gets an email with the profile user ID and password, once he logs in into his account he then answers a set of questions to qualify. If he fails then after 2 hours he can again try and confirm his account. He can then easily upload a property and offer it for renting. He pays INR 850 for each property uploaded.

A tenant can send request with a brief history and relevant IDs through an enquiry box attached with the property displayed in the website. If the landlord feels to attend him then he replies by email and would ask the tenant to register for free. The tenant just need to register with all his details, he then gets an email with the profile user ID and password, once he logs in into his account he then answers a set of questions to qualify. If he fails then after 2 hours he can again try and confirm his account. He then sends an email mentioning his user ID to the landlord. The landlord then includes him into his
profile as a tenant by clicking on to the assign button from his profile and they can start using the message box which is an unique way of being in touch 24/7.

Caretaker job is to bridge the gap or work on the landlords’ behalf for managing all activities like maintenance, collecting rent, or any other extra charges and taking care of other services like arranging a plumber or fixing the internet, etc. The person willing to apply for caretaker job simply can apply from the enquiry box below the property photograph in the website and it will go as an email to the landlord. If the landlord is satisfied with him the he will send and email and ask him to register for free.
The caretaker just need to register with all his details, he then gets an email with the profile user ID and password, once he logs in into his account he then answers a set of questions to qualify. If he fails then after 2 hours he can again try and confirm his account. He then sends an email mentioning his user ID to the landlord. The landlord then includes him into his profile as a caretaker by clicking on to the assign button from his profile and they can start using the message box which is an unique way of being in touch 24/7.

Landlords, tenants and caretakers can save any document in their profile account created in the website. All chats will be there saved from time to time for all types of activities. Because after the landlord assigns the tenants and caretakers from his profile then email interaction is not required. Of course they can call each other for solving any issue, no restrictions are there and it will happen upon willingness.

Landlords can upload any number of properties as per condition mentioned above, Tenants can apply for tenancy to any selected landlord from time to time and caretakers can apply for job to multiple landlords.

Landlords can select from caretaker list as and when required from a assigned and not assigned status.
